"I have never installed software..."
Usually software is easy to install, starting by extracting or unzipping the files. If that sounds complicated or scary give us a call.

"I have my new equipment, but what now?"
There is a manual available for most companies equipment and software. Start there. However, if you would like training from a real person any step of the way, contact us.

We recommend first shutting down and restarting your computer. If the problem persists, give us a call so we can better understand the problem and get you going again.

"I'm using a stimulation module, but I don't think it is working right?"

"Why is my computer not seeing my device/hardware?"
Chances are good this is simply a driver issue. The driver may not have installed correctly. You can try reinstalling the driver from your download or the company's website. If you would like help, or the problem persists, call NFBSupport.
